TLS certificate expiry

The date a website's security certificate stops being valid, after which browsers warn visitors away.

A TLS certificate enables the padlock and HTTPS. When it lapses, browsers show a full page warning and most visitors leave. Many are renewed automatically, so failures are easy to miss. Warn at 30 days and again at 7 days.
