Legal
Terms
Last updated 20 October 2026.
These terms cover your use of kervol.com and the Kervol demo. Use of the Kervol product by an agency is governed by a separate agreement.
The site
We describe Kervol as accurately as we can, and mark each feature Built, Early or Planned. Planned features may change or not be built. Nothing on this site is an offer to supply the product on particular terms.
The demo and sample data
The demo and the working screens on this site run on sample data. Fernhollow Creative, its team, its clients and every figure, address and domain shown are fictional. Any resemblance to a real business is unintended.
A demo invitation is personal to the person it was sent to. Please do not share it. We may end access to the demo at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the demo, or use them to collect information about other people.
Intellectual property
The site, the Kervol name, the mark and the software shown are ours. You may share links to the site and quote it with attribution.
Liability
The site and the demo are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from their use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
