Last updated 20 October 2026.

This policy covers kervol.com: this website, the request-an-invite form and the demo. "Kervol", "we" and "us" mean the operator of Kervol. It does not cover the Kervol product itself, which an agency uses under its own agreement with us, or the data agencies keep in their own workspaces.

What we collect

  • What you send us. When you request an invite: your name, your agency's name, your email, and anything else you choose to add, such as your website, team size and the tools you use.
  • Invitation use. When you open a demo invitation, we record that it was opened, with the email address it was issued to.
  • Technical data. Our servers log requests, including IP address and browser details, to keep the site running and secure.
  • Analytics and advertising data, only with your consent. If you accept them, analytics and advertising tags record how you use the site. See Cookies.

What you do inside the demo stays in your browser. The demo's sample data is fictional, and your changes to it are not sent to us.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your request, send you an invitation and talk to you about Kervol.
  • To keep the site secure and working.
  • With your consent, to understand which pages help and to show Kervol to people who have visited.

We do not sell personal information.

Where it goes

Requests and invitation opens are stored in our customer records, hosted with Railway. If you consent to analytics or advertising, the providers you consent to (such as Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn and TikTok) receive data under their own policies. These providers may store data outside Australia and Vietnam, including in the United States and Singapore.

How long we keep it

We keep a request for as long as we are talking with you about Kervol, and for up to two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can withdraw consent to analytics and advertising at any time from Cookie settings at the foot of every page.

In Australia, we handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. If you are not satisfied with how we deal with a complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

In Vietnam, you have the rights given by the Law on Personal Data Protection and its implementing decree, including the right to be informed, to consent and withdraw consent, to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to complain. We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form or accept tags, and we tell you here that it may be transferred outside Vietnam.
