Discovery report

A researched report on a prospect's market, competitors and position, with the questions needed before quoting.

Delivered before or alongside a proposal, it shows the agency has done its homework. It usually covers competitors, prices, strengths and weaknesses, and a list of open questions. It earns trust because it is useful even if the prospect does not hire you.
