Approval workflow

The path a piece of work takes from draft to publication, with a named person's sign-off in the middle.

For AI-drafted social posts, the draft lands in a queue, a reviewer who knows the client edits or approves it, and only then is it scheduled. Some clients also sign off. The key rule is that nothing is published without passing the approval step.
